What's her little Basil up to?? @ 02:33 am

Xhala had spotted the ship, it was hard to locate by mere sight because of its design it had an ability of blending into surroundings. With its reflective haul, and then its enhanced shielding, which she’d rather taken to calling it a chameleon drive because of its ability to blend into the surrounds to almost appear invisible. But, she’d spotted Basil, and more or less let her feelings guide her.

The young woman was curious as to why Basil was on Dantooine, and even more so why he was standing not far from the funeral. And why now? She wondered most of all what he was up to. And then it seemed Commander Traxx wondered from her, to patrol, and scan the crowds. It was his job, and she didn’t mind; especially since she figured on taking the advantage of him leaving her side, and focusing on others.

Once the young man was out of clear sight of her; Xhala slipped into the crowds using the shadows and large clumps of people to her advantage. With ease and grace she seemed to dance throughout the gatherers unnoticed at her intention. She spotted the two lonely figures watching from afar. Taking notice that both weren’t to far from Maya, and Basil who was standing out front. Xhala made her way to the ship, not seeming to be seen even by Traxx, or the others patrolling the funeral.

She snuck up behind Basil; who like most people was a more than a bit taller than herself. But she still stood on the tip of her toes, and reached her hands over his eyes. “Guess who?” She whispered, with a small chuckle. She’d been keeping her hair loose, and wearing more girly outfits that showed off her figure; instead of conservative outfits that worked best when flying or working jobs. She hadn’t even realized that it might take him back a moment, as over the weeks of being on Dantooine she’d gotten use to appearing more and more like Maya.

Glancing some at the two figures, she made an weird face at the fact Darryn, who she wasn’t aware yet of who he was… that he appeared similar to a sandtrooper. It took her a moment to let her attention shift back onto Basil; which was done with a big ole smile, almost gitty. Which, considering the aching in her chest from the obvious sadness of the death of Ven… it felt nice to feel so happy about something, although she hoped he wasn’t there to crash the ceremony. That’d annoy her plenty.

Xhala had been walking aimlessly from her own ship; her mechanic was doing some routine work on the ship and she figured she’d get some air, maybe stir up some new and exciting job. That’s when she spotted it; and she couldn’t have ever confused it with any other. She grinned skipping over to it. The exit ramp was drawn in, and the woman couldn’t tell if her pilot was in side the ship, or if he’d already left. Xhala grinned, stroking the side of the reflective outward haul of the ship. “Heya babe-s… where’s your boy at?” She asked of the ship, no different than she would have an actual person.
